Step into a deeply nourishing four weeks course designed to reconnect you with the foundations of your body – your feet – and to restore balance in both movement and life. Whether you’re seeking better stability, relief from tension, or a calmer, more grounded sense of self, this immersive experience offers a blend of education, mindful movement, and soulful stillness.
We begin by exploring foot health and functionality, your gentle introduction to how strong, mobile feet support balance and wellbeing. You’ll learn simple techniques to release tightness, build strength, and increase awareness through the feet and ankles – your body’s true base of support.
From there, we move into accessible balance practices designed to help you feel steady, centred and confident. Improving your balance is not just physical but an empowering life skill rooted in presence and groundedness.
The course will also use Yin Yoga, acupressure, and guided breathwork, you’ll gently unwind the connective tissues of the feet, legs and hips, calming the nervous system and creating space for rest, reflection, and integration.

Foot anatomy, mobility, and strength
How to build balance progressively
Myo Facia release in the feet and lower legs
Foot and leg massage you can do on yourself
Key acupuncture points on the foot for health.
Yin Yoga poses for grounding and balance
4 weeks with a break for easter
